About The Program
The Forsa Fundamentals Program is designed to focus on the core techniques that every jiu jitsu practitioner should know. Its structure condenses the vast diversity of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques into the core fundamentals to optimize learning. The class has a strong focus on proper movements and positions.
This class prepares students for the advanced class, and provides a strong base of knowledge. By remaining truthful to the lessons learned in practice and applying them off the mats, students will experience an overall improvement on their focus, energy and general well-being.
